To guarantee our availability and design wedding floral decor that reflects your vision, it is ideal to contact us approximately 6 months before your wedding date, especially if it takes place between June and September, a particularly popular period.

Outside of peak season, a lead time of 3 to 4 months is generally sufficient to calmly organize your floral scenography.

The more time we have, the more we can refine the details, consider color harmonies, vase styles, structures... and offer you a cohesive plant-based universe perfectly suited to your venue and your desires.

Every wedding is unique, with its own needs, style, and budget. That's why we offer tailor-made solutions to suit all desires. During our initial discussions, we take the time to talk about your wishes, your style, and your budget. Then, we provide you with an estimate that perfectly matches your expectations, adjusting the elements according to your priorities.

It's difficult to give a precise budget without knowing your specific expectations, as prices depend on the number of arrangements, the chosen flowers and their seasonality, as well as the volumes requested. Generally, for a balanced wedding, neither too flowery nor too understated, you should expect to spend around €2500 on average for the complete floral decoration. This amount can, of course, vary depending on your choices.

Great news: our team travels all over France to adorn your wedding with the same high standards and expertise.

Even though our workshop is located in the Paris region, we regularly create wedding floral decorations in the provinces, in venues that reflect your style, to create a custom floral ambiance that mirrors your personality.

Every wedding is unique. During our initial discussions, we take the time to talk about the reception venue, logistical constraints, and, of course, your floral budget. Depending on the distance, a travel fee may apply, but we are committed to offering coherent and adapted solutions, whether for an intimate wedding or a grand celebration.

Good to know: For weddings organized outside of Île-de-France, we consider projects starting from €2500 in flowers, excluding travel expenses. Long-distance weddings require specific organization: upstream preparation, logistical coordination, travel time, team mobilization… This threshold allows us to calmly anticipate every detail, maintain the quality of our services, and offer you a coherent and refined floral decor, true to the world of Poème.
